• Room cleaning every day and room sanitization at every guest departure
• Periodic sanitization of common spaces and points of contact such as bathrooms, door handles, desks and bars
• Safe buffet breakfast served by our staff
• Termometer available at reception

UPON ARRIVAL
We will be ready to welcome you with our smile; you will see it in our eyes! We will be present whenever you need our recommendations. To avoid contacts, we remind you that you can obtain our assistance without coming at reception, dialing n. 9 from the telephone that you will find in your room. Before your arrival, we will be at your disposal by telephone or e-mail.

ROOMS
Our rooms are subject to regular cleaning and sanitization with specific products and procedures.

BREAKFAST HALL
Breakfast hall tables are positioned so that safe distances are maintained. Our breakfast buffet mantains the same quality and freshness as always, but it is now served by our staff. You can also use breakfast hall tables to have your dinner, that you can have delivered at the hotel by a selection of restaurants and pizzerias in Ragusa.

GOING TO SICILY
